Do Not Open the Breeder Packs: To be eligible for a return, the seeds must remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Prepare Your Return Package: Place the unopened seed packs in a padded mailer along with your order number, contact information, reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

Use Trackable, Postage-Paid Mail: For added security, send your package with a trackable mail service. Please note that Rhino Seeds cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
